Hot on the heels of 'Mission: Find Mom' (‘s), shortlisting for for the Rubery Book Awards, Jo’s book has also been shortlisted for the Children’s Literature Festivals Independent and Small Publishers’ Young Reader Award. The CLF as part of their selection process exposes the books to young readers and solicits their feedback which is used to determine the shortlist.

Mission: Find Mum is illustrated by Dawn Treacher, who was shortlisted by the Rubery Awards in 2023.
